They call my phone three to four times a day leaves a automated voicemail and a text message claiming to be about My Verizon wireless account!!! Called Verizon fraud department and they said it was a scam to get information!!!

Someone repeatedly calls my phone leaving messages that my account has changed and to call to verify it. In fact nothing has changed . They came its Verizon.

Claiming this call is from Verizon?

I'm getting calls as well, same bull crap about my verizon account-again on 23Sept2013

i keep getting a call from this number. they do not leave a message and when i call back it is a verizon voice mail system.

Getting 3-4 calls a day with a voice message claiming they are Verizon and they need to talk to me about a change to my account.  Then text messages follow.

Claim to be from VerizonWireless....claiming that there is a change to my account. Sorry chum....no changes. People like you should be fined big time and made to pay people's cell bills....bet you'd stop.

claims to be verizon and that there's been a change to my account and that they need to speak to me within the next 24 hrs.  it's not verizon!!  verizon's customer service number is 1-800-922-0204 and that's the number they'd ask any customer to call not the number these people are leaving!!! scam!!!

Said to call back and enter your phone number from Verizon.
Don't, I work for Verizon and I know its a scam. Nothings changed on your acct. Don't fall for it. Again, its a scam.

Calling from this number and using several others... Scam and very annoying...

Number calls several times a day. Never leaves a message. Very annoying and it can be costly.

Calls 1-2 times during the day. Get breaks in their calls 3-4 days, then starts over again

Forgot also to say, that they don't leave any voice message.

If you have a past due balance in th next cycle, then they call.

Same call, twice now. Might be a good idea to receive all your Verizon messages by email. Scam emails exists also but they're a little easier to detect by holding your mouse over the link and seeing where the link directs to.

As Terry mentioned, I did have a past due bill when the same calls claiming a "change to your account" started coming, 2  or 3 times a day. They even knew the name on the acct and the recording instructed me: "If this is **** ****, press 1 to continue". I hung up but, thinking it might have something to do with my bill, I paid my bill online, then called Verizon billing dept and described the call. He said Verizon does have an office in Houston, but that they never make repeated calls like that and if it's bill related, they say so (never "a change to your account"). He asked if I wanted him to put a block on the call and I agreed to that, so I won't get the calls. I'm a little apprehensive, hoping the rep knew for sure the call was not Verizon. I just find it a coincidence that the calls started precisely when my bill was past due plus the call was from Houston, where they have an office. And another thought, Verizon recently started offering that "More Everything Plan". When talking with the rep about my acct, he said that they had automatically switched me to "More Everything" because it lowered my bill by a small amount without changing any of my features. Could Verizon be trying to reach similar acct holders? If it is a scam, I'm guessing it's an inside job.

The phone number *IS* from Verizon Financial Services.  You can call 611 from your verizon phone to verify the number was actually from an actual Verizon customer services representative.  They were able to verify this number called me today twice to get me to make a payment on a past due account.  Again, this number is a real Financial Services Verizon phone number.

Got a call from this number which I did not answer, they did not leave a message.  However, I am not now, nor have I ever been a Verizon customer.  Since that seems to be the line they're using, I caution those who are about giving information to these people.

Keep getting calls from this number. No message. When I call back it says it's a voicemail retrieval system but I have no message. They claim to be verizon
