I have received 10 calls this morning from this number they are not leaving a message but call at least every 10 mins.

Received a message from ULQ LLC concerning a debt on 9-20 @ 146PM leaving a toll-free number.  Then a call from Allied Interstate at 775 319-1502 on 9-20 @ 245PM with the same message, different toll-free number.  Then another call from ULQ LLC on 9-20 @ 304PM and another call from Allied Interstate on 9-20 @ 445PM.At no time were the identities of the callers revealed.  Didn't return their calls.

Have received multiple calls from this number.  A message is never left and they call all days of the week and after hours.  Have no idea who this is.

I have been receiving calls from this number asking me to call back immediately, but there is no name or company identified in the message.  Calls range from 7am-9pm.

Someone has to know what company is placing these harassing phone calls. This has been going on for months. Never a message and the calls come any day of the week and all hours of the day.

i received couple call from this phone number and nobody left a message in m voice mail.no companies no names. be carefull.

This company called and said they are debt collectors, left no name no account info, nothing else.  They are definitely a fraudulent out fit.  i complained to mci and was told they are redline recovery services. There are a large number of complaints about them on several consumer sites.  I owe no debts to anyone!
I will be complaining to the federal trade commission about them. This is the responsible person:

I keep getting calls from this number but they will not leave a message.  My son was recently murdered therefore I am wondering if these calls have something to do with the killer.

3 -5 days out of the week  call comes in & no response to my "hello". Once I say Hello I hear nothing but Silence

Daily we receive a call from a debt collector. This debt collector calls using the number 713-423-1020, but then asks us to return their call by using 800-218-8304. We have excellent credit, and there is not debt/payment. Another site said that the agency calling is Redline Recovery Agency, and that they are just relentless!

they called once and all they said was hello hello hello, and the a silent pause and they burst out laughing

Caller called twice today within 1 hour - said he was a debt collector and to call 800-218-8304.  I have no debts to collect so this is bogus.  Filed a complaint w/the FCC.

I, too, received a call from this number this afternoon.  The caller ID read the same 713 number but the recorded message instructed me to return the call immediately to an 866 number.  We have NO past due debt, are responsible hard working folks, and our excellent credit rating reflects that.  I called back and left a message-my name, phone number was the only info I gave them.  They asked for "an account" number but since there is no overdue account, I was unable to oblige them. I've read some REAL horror stories on other sites regarding this company and the people who run it.  How do I file a complaint with the  FCC-is this the most effective way to go?
