The call is repeated several times a day.
I hope I can find the orginization so I can reported to the FBI and the federal goverment.

got a call form this number says it's from lino lakes correctional facility in minnesota the caller gave his name as tyrone.funny thing is he asked for me by name.

That is the number that global tel link uses for calls if you have a prepay account to get calls from an inmate at prisons

I got this too. A man left a message that said merry christmas to everyone.  Mom said it might be a scam.

i was at work and they mumbled something then it hung up. i couldn't accept the call they hung up so quick.

its a prison collect call thing it shows up houston but inmate could be anywhere

I received five calls today from this number that shows up as DOC and as a collect call that seems to be from a prison.  I do not know anyone in prison and do not care to get to know anyone in prison.

Called straight from roughly 9PM on Wednesday night through 10:30AM on Thursday.

I just received a call from the same #. My caller ID reads the caller as DOC (I'm guessing it's Department Of Corrections=inmate caller). Didn't take the call.

I got a call but Nobody there.

My husband calls me from this number all the time.

For the past three months I have been tormented by numerous collect calls from Global Tel with calls from "A" correctional institution from an inmate named, as best I can determine, named Chris.  I do not know a Chris.  After ignoring the calls all of that time, yesterday I finally had enough and followed the instructions to block the caller.  Fat chance that did any good!  The calls are worse now than before!!  The phone has rang the better part of the day.  I finally called the number(713 574-1101) from my cell phone to lodge a complaint and the instant the phone rang I was greeted with a message that advised me that "this phone is not in service".  I tried two other times with the same results.  With all of the scams that we are facing, there is no guessing what my bills are going to have on them..... I finally turned off my answering machine at 10:00pm and they have called only once since then.  How do we end the insanity????

Unidentified caller speaking forign language, didn't stop even when I said I didn't understand the language. ?arabic? curse?
