They are a bill collector that works for Memorial Hermann.

I was leery of calling them, but after talking to them they're an extended business office of Memorial Hermann.  They were actually helpful and I even got a discount. :)

Me too... Sweet discount... So did Jim get his problem fixed or did he just complain to Jeff and not resolve nothing? Cause they seemed pretty nice once I got them on the phone. :)

My Dad who was moved from Memorail Hermann (memorial city) to a hospice (May 2010) gets these collection calls on my cell phone because I'm his emergency contact.  I guess they know from the diagnosis that they need to act fast.

don't call me send a bill like normal people do. YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE  CALLING NEEDS TO STOP. I don't have a job.

713-784-4404- pfs group- GHETTO collection agency in Houston TX contracted for the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.

I haven't received anything from them in the mail; but they are calling me. I asked them where they were sending the bill and they ask me to confirm my address. They would not tell me where they were sending said bill for diagnostics done over a year ago. Apparently they just want to charge me 14.00 yet not bill me for said charges!! It's not like it's even for a LOT of money.......... these people are [***].

If your name is Smith you will get collection calls for EVERY Smith in your state and beyond.  If you deny being THAT Smith the collectors think you are lying.  The biggest mistake I made in my life was falling in love and marrying a Smith.  Should have made him change his name to mine.
Called them back and they said they would remove my number from that account.  We will see!!

receive calls on a daily basis, including SUNDAY.  claim they are representing Memorial Hermann,  have asked numerous for a statement to bill mailed. verified mailing address, still receive nothing. had a payment plan for the hospital stay set in place with memorial and why it has been sent to collections no one seems to be able to explain.  funny thing is never rec'd a statement of any sort from hospital nor the PFS group.  Today, a young lady called my work and was extremely rude when asked to not call my place of employment. She said that I needed to just pay my bill and she would quit calling.  lovely young thing doesn't realize she crossed a major line.

I live in GA & have never been to that hospital- WTH are they calling me about!?!?!
They can keep calling & I can keep ignoring them.  Plus it's my cell number they are calling & every Dr I see, I list my home number- Never my cell

Need to know who called and why

They call with an attitude, but don't say how much the bill is and never received any mail on it.......

They need to learn to answer simple basic questions when they are asked and Adjust the attitude.  don't trust when I have yet to receive a bill..... along with the hospital has yet to call and work something out

Called my landline, which I don't use. Memorial Herman collection service, a hospital I've never been too. Said the name on the account was Francisco Gutierrez. Never heard of him. People, give your real numbers and write legibly.

I had just returned from one of there clinics.I went in the business office to verify they had correct insurance info since this was a problem I had previously.  At that time I was told u have no balance. Yet 45 minutes later get a call from these people saying I have a outstanding bill of $168.00  for services on Sept 23, 2015.  Told them to send me a statement. Made a call to office I just left and was told they had no record of services  for me on that day.  The whole memorial- Herman system is really having issues. Recently retired and am looking for another system for my health needs.love my doctor of 6 years but not not there business practices

Bill collector for Memorial Hermann. I asked them the origin of the bill, as we haven't been to a Memorial Hermann facility in over seven years. They wouldn't tell me the date of services, just that I owed them money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the same reply.
