Same today here.

Answered phone and it was some telemarketer for some fireman BS. I just hung up some not sure if it's for real or a scam because it's a Texas number and we're in Illinois.

Left message asking my name. Calls everyday but I always miss it. In IL

I'm in Texas and they call here often. I follow one simple rule. If it's important, they will leave a message and I will gladly return it. Caller ID shows it's from the Houston, TX area and username is Charity. I called the number back. It immediately goes to recorded voicemail and asks to press 1 to leave a message or 2 to get on their "No Call List". They never mention the organization name or who to ask for. Scam for sure. I just hung up without leaving anything. I will never answer.

I get a call on my landline phone from these Yay-Hoos several times a day! They never leave a message and my caller ID reads 'Charity'. I am on the national Do Not Call plan so why and how these [***] got my number is beyond me! We live in a highly rural area where the only homes per se are on our street. The rest are farms and farmland and a few stores! We live 5 minutes from Hershey PA in Campbelltown PA. Who the Hell are these hacking [***] anyway? Anyone know?
