Keep calling. Didn't leave message.

This number showed up on caller ID as " customer service". I did not answer because I have not requested any work or services. They have called several times in the past 6 weeks.

if you call the number back and press 2 in the menu system you can have your number added to their DNC list, who knows if it actually works... guess I'll know soon

The same people who called with this number called me with a different number several times. I have blocked the number on my phone several times but they change their number up. I called the number back and pick the number 2 option to put my on the DNC list.

Don't know this number but keeps calling leaves no message

Here is the transcribed voicemail they left me, "And your local police recommend you protect your home. If you are allow us to place a small sign in your yard. We will install a news security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. There is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever to hear more press one now to be placed on our do not call list, press 9." Sounds like a scam to me.

Blocked the number and don't forward blocked numbers to voice mail box, end of conversation.

If this blocked calls are forwarded to the voice mail box, it only tells the caller (or robot - it doesn't matter what) that the phone is active and good to sell in a bulk list sold to other scam group.

If you call back, you will fall in a trap either being charged some incredible international rates or will fall for the "do not call list" trick, which is the same trap that gets you naively to confirm that your phone is active - They do not take it personal... their only target is YOUR ACTIVE PHONE NUMBER... it doesn't matter who the subscriber is.

Last but not least, have your phone number changed, and do not give out the number to strangers or in your voice mail box, if you do not want to be randomly but luckily tested again for availability... and do not take it personal, they won't either! It is all about how much they can make with the active numbers bulk.
