Received an unsolicited text from this clown who promotes for some crappy nightclub called Club Ember (also known as Ember Cafe and Music Club) in Anaheim. I guess this dumbass doesn't realize there's a Do-Not-Call Registry for mobile phones and that sending out spam text messages like this is illegal. I doubt he gets a lot of business out of this little advertising scam of his, but he's going to need a lot of money for his lawyer fees when he gets sued for spam texting phones.

The text message stated the following:

"Congratulations!! You have won VIP passes to Club Ember "The Best Nightclub in OC for u & ur friends. Text George De La Vega at 714.396.9714 to get them now."

I got the same message that many of you also got. This guy is nuts. I responded warning him he could get sued & not to ever text me again.
