We hired Coastline Construction for Kitchen and bath remodeling and were very very dissatisfied. The owner of this business never showed up during project to supervise his crews unless we had a draw payment for him. In the end, we wrote up a laundry list of punch out items which were never addressed once we mistakenly gave him final draw check before he completed. After he got that final check, adios. He ignored our phone calls and emails once he was fully paid.

He hasn't paid this january 2016 invoice, continues to ignore our calls and unplugs his fax to avoid receiving our invoices. He ignores usps mailing and emails also. He is a scamming crook! Unscrupulous disingenuous person. His corrupt and conniving reputation precedes him......many victims lay in his wake of misery including his Mother / Stepfather, and FATHER.

Several years ago, around 2007, this guy, rick simmons, screwed us over on our home refinance loan. Our accountant around this time "oberman & associates" forensically proofed gross fee padding and hidden interest costs obviously pocketed by rick simmons unbeknownst to us. Ultimately and as a result of our probing into this outrageous fraud committed upon us, oberman associates auditor nicholas brisanto confided many other "home loan fraud victims" were inquiring as well per similar. Nick intimated that he personally and unequivocally had enough information to forward to  oc attorney prosecutors office to indict this scammer. Nick also said on a personal note that rick simmons is an apparent ubiquitous scheming scumbag. Nick's father robin, oberman associates' ceo, affirmed and commented that mr simmons' embezzled tens of thousands from his mother and stepfather in the 1990's per irs investigation records and criminal tax summons'.

Rick Simmons, the brother in-law I wish never was. He embezzled my father's nest egg in the 1990's. Rick's mother Mary, whom recently passed away following my father's death in 2009, suffered financially due to her Richard's greed. Allegedly also, Rick's own children only met his father-----their grandfather WILLIS, on his deathbed in 2012 due to estranged relations regards to Rick's past transgressions including defrauding his own father Willis Simmons. Despicably, Rick cashed out substantially upon his mother and father's estates shortly after they died, RICK SIMMONS, COMEUPPANCE WILL BEFALL YOU IN AFTERLIFE [***]!

We hired him for whole house interior remodel. We were displeased early on as his workers no-showed on several occasions. Also, this contractor rarely was onsite to  supervise his intermittent ever changing non-english--speaking, or very little english speaking work crew. One day, about project midpoint, we had enough! We fired him and hired another contractor to finish our home renovation.

We hired Richard Simmons dba coastlineconstructiononline,com for kitchen remodeling. THis workmanship was so bad we had to rip it all out and redo with a reputable remodeling contractor. To all considering hiring him, hire someone else!

Rick Simmons is a louse, scamming contractor! Hire another, run from this sleazeball, he ripped me off royally!
