Got a random text from this number. Not sure who it is yet.

I'm wondering what the texts said.

Got the following text:Hey, we haven't talked in a long time. How have you been?
Don't know this number. Will not respond. Was curious where it might be from.

Got the same text and I replied asking who it was. No response.

I got the same message, asked who it was and no response

I got the same with the same message.  I didn't respond.

its an ATT cell with no voicemail setup. Some [***], with nothing better to do and no friends...probably the next mass mall shooter.

Just got a random text from this number saying "Hey we haven't talked in a long time. How have you been?" Not responding, but I see this has already been reported...

I just got the same message, which reads "Hey we haven't talked in a long time.  How have you been?"

Looks like I'm not the only one.  Not gonna respond.

I Just got the same txt  about 15 mins ago rom this number saying  "Hey we haven't talked in a long time.  How have you been?"  I responded with who is this?  I also did not receive any response.  Should have checked here first....

Dam, should have checked here first. I got the exact same text "Hey we haven't talked in a long time.  How have you been?" at 1130am, responded asking "whos this?" at 1132am. I haven't received any response confirming who it is. Did some online searching and it links to a person named Gustavo Ramirez in Santa Ana, CA. I dont know anyone by that name.

Got the call have not responded and will not respond "Hey we haven't talked in a long time. How have you been?"

I just got a text from the same number about an hour ago.

Just responded "sorry don't have this number saved; who is this?"

I just received the same text as everyone else, "Hey we haven't talked to you in a long time.  How have you been?"
Did not reply after reading all these postings.

I bet this is just a mass text and whoever responds they are going to use our numbers for advertising/spam purposes. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.

I just received a call from this number and like always if I don't recognize it I search online for who the number belongs to, an apparently I'm not the only one who got the text and with the same message "Hey we haven't talked in a long time. How have you been?"  After seeing all the complaints about the same number and text, I am not goin to waste time replying!

Same thing. What can someone gain by doing this?

Got a text yesterday evening with the same message....googled it and found this site.  Crazy.  And yeah, what does someone have to gain by sending this text?
