Harrasing call from debt collector. Mean aggressive people!!! Don't believe anything they say....they use scare tactics to try and get you to pay debts that you don't owe. They say they will garnish your wages and put leins on your property.

These people suck.  They called the main office of my company and said they wanted to serve me and I should call them back.  They called my inlaws and told them they would serve me at work tomorrow if I didn't call them back today.  Funny, I live in Idaho, they are calling from CA.  When have you EVER been served and they called you first to let you know?  Um, not!

Have been receiving the same call from a Janine Morgan from 714-453-1959. They have called my Stepfather and my old employer, which my store closed and they called the only other store that is left in the city and asked for my number from a former employee. These people are just throwing empty threats to serve you a court order.

Gina Morgan and Roxanne Martinez called me at work and then called my employer!  Employer has told me to contact company attorney.  If calls continue, instructed to file suit against them for multiple violations of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  They won't send information or do the things they are required by law to do.  Company is WFG & Associates or Western Financial Group & Associates in Orange, California.

they called me and very extremely rude and said they were getting ready to proceed with lawsuit if i didnt call back. they wouldnt tell me who they were with or what debt it was. I hung up on rude butt!!!

Gina Morgan was extremely rude!!!! This wasn't even my account it was my ex-husbands! She threatened to take me to court and to try to get my house..wth???

These people have been constantly calling me threating me that they have a claim in their office and that I need to call them today or they are going ahead with lawsuit action against me for a creditor. They have called my place of employment several time and the lady Nicole stated that they have come to my home several times but no one answers the door. No one has come to my door. I offered them a payment amount monthly and Nicole stated she would call me back. Some guy calls me back stating he can offer me a settlement of $400 and they won't sue. I told him that I could do a payment plan that is it and he refused. Stated they will sue against my house and my car....Wow

Got a call from this number, claiming to be the process server planning on serving me on behalf of CHASE regarding money due for an account. When I asked for more info they gave me the following number and that's who I spoke with. They told me to contact Chase or Collectors since I swore I paid it off, and it wasn't until I spoke to chase that I was told we don't have an open account, it's been bought that I realized I was being scammed by a collector. Called back and found out that yes, they were collectors and trying to get money from me. Don't fall for this trick. WFG

I got the call today.  Threat of serving papers and taking me to court.  Said would settle for 667.00 if I paid over the phone right now.  My question was if you have my address and are about to serve me then why havent I received any letter requesting payment.  He dodged the question by saying he doesnt work in the mailing dept (hahaha).  Anyway I said, "see ya in court" and hung up.  This was an account opened by my wife about 7 yrs ago, in college.  She had around 200.00 in overdrafts.  I paid them off 6 yrs ago.  THESE PEOPLE SUCK!

These people are not legitimate dept collectors.  They are not legitimate anything !  They source credit reports to obtain consumer information about targeted individuals and then use scare tactics to receive funds from their targets.  One such tactic is they say they are "Legal Representatives"  (nothing legal here, lol) for debtors who will be taking you to court and of course if you pay $$ amount all your troubles will be over.  See other scare type examples with additional posts.  These people are SCAMERS !  Plain and Simple.  Empty threats is all they can say to you.  Feel free to let them know to go crawl back under from whatever rock they came from.

They are total scammers and I got a call from Sophia Cruz claiming to be a legal client server.  She gave me another number to call to get additional information because obviously she is clueless and this other idiot I called made me laugh when he told me he would have to contact the attorney handling my case who was in court at the time.  He was really stupid when he told me he had to put me on hold right then and would call the attorney in the middle of court.  Really?!?  As soon as my husband got on the phone he immediately hung up.

Well I have been scamed as well. Got a call from a woman asking me why I hadn't answered their calls and I was being served and I told her I didn't know anything about it so she transferred me to a woman named Karen Foster. I was upset and crying and scared, duh, she started yelling at me and telling me EVERYTHING ON MY credit report and when I tried to talk to her she screamed at me and hung up on me. Of course I called her back I was scared she wanted payments set up on a one time settlement. Today GMA is talking all about these scammers so I got scared I had fallen for it and I called them and asked where they were located and then I started searching the web and found this page. I feel so much better I found this info, I have cancelled my debit card. But I also feel horrible for falling for it. Here are the numbers they called me from. 714-453-1953 and 855-882-6831. BEWARE. THEY R EVIL AND WILL BULLY YOU
