I keep receiving threatening phone calls from this number by a person named Danial White.  He has called my place of employment, home and now cell.  I don't know who he is, what company represents, etc.  When you call the number they answer Law Offices and I can tell you this is no law office.  No one in their right mind would call and threaten anyone over the phone with harm.  I've reported this number several times to different agencies, but nothing seems to help!

I answered my wife's phone from # (714) 459-5878 which was a threatening phone call.  The person said his name was Jack Smith (he sounded foreign, Indian), and said that he was calling from American Law Department.  He wouldn't give any other information, such as the company he worked for.  I asked if he was a lawyer to which he replied "no."  So I then asked who does he work for, which he was resilient to answer, he would not give a name yet he was reluctant to get me to speak with his so called "Senior Officer."  Jack Smith put me on hold for a good 30 seconds, then a Harry Smith came on the phone (same accent, same voice).  I asked if he was a Lawyer to which he replied "yes," so I then asked for his bar number which he gave "00265" and then corrected it to "10265."  This person then asked if I had the same last name, and then continued to say that it applies to me.  He then asked a second time with the last four an unknown SSN, to which I said that's not me.  Then he apologized, and hung up.  I then looked up the bar number to which I found out that both numbers attached to lawyers, are deceased.  Not only did they give a false bar number, they also gave enough information for someone to steal an identity.  How do you fight this?
