I just received another call from this number, did NOT answer the call and no message was left!!!  STOP calling my telephone number

The number that keeps calling me then hanging up is identified on my caller ID as F73
and the telephone number shown is 714-463-2943.   I tried a reverse phone lookup in
USSearch and found it is a landline and the carrier is Global Crossing Local Services, Inc.
CA.  The location of the phone number is Yorba Linda.
I typed in the name Global Crossing Local and clicked on the sub-heading "contact us" and
got a phone number somewhere around San Francisco.  The person who answered was
surprised that I reached him and when I explained the problem he identified the number as
"one of theirs, but not in his district"  He wouldn't give me any other help on locating the
origin of the caller.  That's as far as I got.
The caller calls me mostly in the morning between 8:00 and 10:00AM and when I answer
they hang up.  When I call the number back, the recording says to leave my name and my
phone number . . . . that's all, no identifying company or anything else to go on.

Consantly get calls from this number starting at 8:15 each morning.
