Unwanted called.

Receive calls from this number regularly.  Tried calling tonight and got a female with a strong asian accent.  She hung up on me right away as I asked who's trying to reach me.  I called back, got another female, slightly less accent, and I asked who it was, was told it was an advertising agency.  Told her to remove the number or risk prosecution, was told they would.

I am getting the same calls too. When I called them back the same recording played. I had no idea what they were saying but I pressed zero for their operator. After telling the lady that I'd like them to stop calling me, she complied. But when I asked them where they got my number and what their company name was, she was very difficult to understand. I kept asking her to repeat herself. All I got was something like this before she hung up on me: Scatknevia (or something like that; c~t, S~F). I would really like to make a formal complaint somewhere, but don't know where else except for the Do Not Call List which doesn't seem to be working well.
