Received voicemail stating I'm going to be arrested see you in court. No other explanation

Received a voice mail on my cell phone from an East Indian man saying his name was "John Marsh". He stated I would be arrested by an officer at  my work place, and if I did not return his call he would see me in court. Considering I do not live in California, and I know that if I was to go to court I would be subpoenaed by a "true" officer I thought I would investigate. This person is attempting to extort money obviously.  

I just got the same call on my cell phone today by the same person and he said if I fon't call him back that I would bbc e arrest at work and that I am suppose to be in court today. What a scammer

Man with an accent said if I don't call him back I will be arrested at my work place. If I don't call back then he will see me in court.
