Returned the call, answered at "National Survey Center" we are currently closed (they called at 12:46 PM) I returned the call immediately because I have friends and family in Anaheim.  SPAM CALL

Two rings on my caller-ID work phone.  No message.

I received a call from this number (714.551.6823), someone I don't know personally, socially or business-wise.  They left no message.

I get calls once a day from this number. They usually call before 7am Alaska time so it gets frustrating. I have never answered and no messages are ever left.

i got this unknown call but i didn't answer because i was in class, i thought it was from someone i know online but i see that im not the only one.

same here they call then leave no message, once or twice a day! it gets to be a real pain! can something be done with these phone calls

They called,but I don't answer to unknown #,then look for the owner name and location.It is annoying. You, guys, are right:something should be done about this phone#.

No message, i didnt answer because i was on the other line. Just ran ut through caller id and it has been reported as spam. 3:34 louisiana time mountain pacific i believe...

I got a call on my cell phone with caller ID 714-551-6823 and didn't answer it since it's not a number or area code I recognized. This was followed in less than a minute by a voice mail claiming to be from a 401 area code. This has become a common pattern. The caller fakes one caller ID for the call, and a different one for the voice mail.  The voice mail is always area code 401, which is Rhode Island, but I'm not sure if it's always the same number since my phone forgets the number when I dismiss the alert.

I keep adding these numbers to my list with a ringtone that warns me not to answer, but they seem to forge a different caller ID each time.

Left message, but didn't say anything. Called it back and got a recorded message saying "thank you for your interest in our promotion. If you want to be removed from the call list press 2. If you want to hear more about our promotion press 1." Well I pressed 1. It then said "your number has been added to our do not call list, this may take up to 48 hours. Thank you." Then I hung up.

Did not answer it because I don't know anyone from this area code.

LOW INT -- Something about buying into a mortgage deal for only $29.95 per month. They ask for your personal info. It's a fraud all the way.

said to cb if I want to lower my interest on my credit cards to 1.9percent. they  Never mentioned the name of the company or my name so its just an automated call not meant for me specifically cuz I have no credit cards..  SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spam! "Press 2 to be removed. Press 1 for current promotion." My iPhone showed Orange County Area as the location.
