This a health care insurance company. They promise insurance for $2 a day. When I told them that I was in the do not call registry, they just hung up. They have called me twice this week. Very annoying

This is a Mexican Health Care Company that is catering to Illegal Aliens here in America. Didn't leave a voicemail but I heard the person getting into their vehicle because of the car door alarm. When trying to call back it rings with an out of service busy tone.  My guess is that someone drives to our side of the border with an American cell phone number and makes the call and then drives back over to the other side of the border making this phone number useless for someone trying to call them back.  Or they are calling using a calling card based here in America, hance the unreachable American phone number.  This is obviously a scam to steal people's identity or some other criminal purposes. Just don't answer any calls from this number.

I have two cell phones and they called one phone yesterday and the other today. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Yeah, they have called me 4 times in the past week and a half.
I tried calling back, it comes as a busy tone.

Just block the number i'm guessing.

Called, message was all in spanish and I don't speak spanish. I pressed the button to talk to a live person... from the pre-recorded message I was able to understand Best Medical Services - I am from Miami and there just happens to be an establishment with that name in Miami. The person taking my call was rude and said that I am not on the do not call list and that I must have done something wrong when signing up. I verified and I am definitely on the do not call list.

They called, I didn't answer, they left an automated message.  Annoying as hell!  In spanish.

I received calls from this number over and over, try to block and somehow they go true.  I think they have someone in the wireless industry that allow them to do this kind of thing. Try to report them nothing work's

The a-- h---- call five or six times a month.  When you answer
they hang up.  The origin is Santa Anna, CA.  The provider is
Level 3 Communications.

I keep getting these stupid advertisement calls. I will never pick up so stop wasting yours and my time.

I've gotten calls from this # at least 10 times at my WRK desk. I'm not too worried about it considering I'm not an idiot. It's 2008 and I feel if you're not used to these calls by now, you're an ape and need to learn some patience and just HANG UP AND GO ABOUT YOUR DAY KNOWING YOU WERE SMART ENOUGH TO NOT BE GOTTEN. There are more important things going on in this world than who's bugging poor 'ol you..

Major pain in rear. I even tried enter the numbers be transferred to a live person with no luck. This companies need to be STOPPED!!! It is 100% pure still hot steer crap.

does everyone have cingular by chance or AT&T if i should say?
if so i wonder if they sold our numbers because after AT&T bought over cigular thats when i have then suddenly been getting annoying phone calls and i wonder if cingular sold our numbers or if AT&T do it to rank up our phone bills.
my mom and her boyfriend have AT&T as well and have been getting out of no where calls from California and so on.
we don't answer if we don't recognize the numbers.
i heard if you answer you may get charged a lot of money by the minute for it, or if you call back.its some kind of scam.

if everyone else is getting it them on other phones like work or house then it could be just random numbers the dial or they could be in your phone services and looking up your info. i don't know but its annoying.

It was something about my car warrenty is just about to expire. They told me to press one to talk or press two to renew.  When I pressed one they asked me to verify my vehical make and model. I told them I couldn't do that and said that I wanted him to take me off of their list. It was 10pm and I have three kids sleeping.  Then the a-- h--- just hung up on me.  I was so pissed.

my mom just got a call from this number and  it was a warranty about her car, so she talked to a live person and asked why they hang up on her after she tells them her make of car. fu@king ass.and she is on the do not call list. hown do they get past this i dont know? computers im guessing. i live in kansas and the call was made at 7:23 pm central time zone
