Called back the number; phone answers as Time Warner.

I called back the number within minutes of it calling me and it says it's disconnected.... =(

It's Time Warners. They are letting you know your bill is coming up and/or past due.

This phone number is Verizon Wireless. Don't know if it's a recorded message or a live person . . but when you call back you get a recording. I can only assume it is regarding the phone bill.

This is a pfishing scam. I spoke at length with Time Warner, Los Angeles, and they have NO department that uses the number 714 676 0384. Do not respond. File a complaint with the National Do Not Call List right away.

I answered the call.... It is a fake or cold calling company trying to sell something. First, they ask if this is "some random name" then say "well, this offer is available to anyone"... I didn't wait for the offer, told them they should have known who I am since my number is a time warner number then asked to be removed from their call list.

This is in fact a cold call marketing company. Considering I'm on every do-not-call list imaginable, I assume they're dialing illegally. :-/

same happened to me. my new smart phone has an auto reject feature - so they'll never get me on the line. ever again.

when you call back it says it's a time warner number, keeps you on hold for 5 minutes, and then says "GOOD BYE" and hangs up on you lol.

It's a telemarketing company who is contracted by Time Warner (amongst other companies). I spoke with Time Warner and they said they hire out these companies to do sales calls. This company actually offered me a great deal thru Time Warner, so I took it. Time Warner ame out yesterday to do my install, everything worked out great :)

It's a scam, cold caller.  It is NOT Time Warner, Verizon, or any other legit company.  Do NOT bother to call back.  Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

It is Time Warner Cable in Buena Park CA. (1hr south of Los Angeles). Recording says all of their operators are busy. Been getting this call for the last few days

It is a sales call from Time Warner cable.  Can't take no for an answer & keeps calling!

I recieved a phone call from this number I picked up and it was silence.  I called the number back and it was a Time Warner opperator.

Call the number back and it said it is time warner and their hours is 6:00pm to 9:00pm.  Interesting! I canceled them already.
