So what if it is a legitimate survey taker! I don't have the time or the desire to answer their questions so that they can profit from my answers. Are they surveying for themselves or more likely for an organization(s)which pays them for the collected data. They want data from me? They can pay for my time involved in providing it or they can kiss my ass!

Tired of them calling my home even when I am on important calls.  Enough is enough if I am not taking your call at 6pm trust me at 6:30pm and 7pm won't make a difference either.  Not interested still means the same thing NOT INTERESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

calling every day sometimes three times a day and hanging up?  calling at 8:45 pm when the babies are in bed and hanging up? get a life and stop calling us!

This should be illegal.  Calling my cell phone.  My mins are not intended for this type of scam.

It is illegal in the United states for an organization to make any unsolicited phone call to a number where the person called is billed for the call.  This means they may not call a cell phone after being made aware that they number they are calling is a cell phone.

I do not know if muy knowledge of the law is still current but about 10 years ago,  you could get $2500 per violation if they break this law.

My advice,  tell them they are calling a cell phone, write down the first and last name of the person who called you, demand to know the address of the call center where the call originated from,  date and time of each incident.

Then if they keep calling you,  make some money by taking them to court.

Called wanting to speak to my underage son about his VA connection.  They would not talk with his Dad.

Called about my va connection multiple days in a row, did the link today for their do not call list and also told them to put me on their do not call list. they were asking information the VA would already have.  And when i did start taking the survey, they asked where my school was and i said online, and they asked me how to spell that city. Are you kidding me?  These guys seem far from legit.

They called stating they are from the VA but when I asked for the name of the person I was talking to, he hung up the line they do not sound legit

Called saying they were from the VA and was very pushy for information.  Does not sound legit.  I am reporting this number to the VA and FTC.

Why in the hell am I getting telemarketing calls on my cell phone!?  Don't call my cell phone again!!!!

this is bull [***], they call my cell phone over and over and they hang up when you pick up.  STOP CALLING ME!!!!  STOP CALLING PERIOD!!!!!

Called me again and I've reported it to FTC website.  Dont know if it will help.

Quit this BS, I will hunt you down next time you call me. Trust me, "regret" will me the only word you can summon.

These [***] called at 8:55 right when my baby FINALLY fell asleep. They hung up when my machine picked up. These people SUCK.

This call is so annoying.....I told them several times to stop calling or I will report them....they stopped for about two weeks and now have started up again.....

Advice:
Don't know a number? Don't answer the phone. Anyone important will leave a message and you can choose whether or not to call them back.

The FTC (last I read) does not prosecute against those taking surveys. I too am in a similar boat with my cell phone. After much research on a survey caller's company (after I left AT&T) I asked to be removed from a calling list. They have yet to remove me from the list and I am pursuing an alternative.
