dumb operator

The standard message is "Hi, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services. There is no problem with your current credit card... If you would like to speak to an operator about lowering your interest rates, press 1 on your phone." Then, if you press "1" to tell someone to take you off their list, they will hang up on you. It has happened to me on my home phone and now my cell phone.

just got this call on my work cell.  these guys are right...some scammer.  i called it back and the vm sounded like a marine...telling me its a scam and i should report them, "hoorah!"

I got a call from 714-697-3204, and since I was on the phone with a friend I declined them and called back. When I called back it said the line was busy so I just searched the number online.

714-697-3204 keeps calling, with 'Rachel from Cardholder Services.'  I responded, 'Please do not call again' - of course it's just a machine on their side, but that's their problem - this should be enough for legally informing them to stop calling.

This is the fourth time they've called.

keep calling my prepaid phone. never given that number to anyone but family. obviously it's a crock...

These dirtbags have been calling for months with a different number each time.  They are spoofing the numbers.   It is always the same voice and message.  "Rachel from cardholder services"  F__ING theiving scammers!!!!!!!!!

Just got called. Didn't take it. Looked it and wound up here... any suggestions?

I got a call on my cell phone from this same number, but luckily I wasn't available to answer it...  No message was left for me.  When I researched the number here, I found out from all of you folks what kind of call it was.  Thank you for informing me!

This is at least the 3rd call from these guys on my cell and several more on my home phone.  Effective immediately, I plan to have an air horn on hand.  The next time they call, they'll get an earful.

i didnt pick up..i called the number back and it said report this number it is aprank call.

Called my cellphone,didn't leave a message...really annoying calls.
