Kept calling me from this # but no msg left? Stop calling me from this #

I receive this number everyday from 7;00 to 7:30

received a call at 8 pm.  Said she was with Smart Energy and wanted to ask questions.  Our number is unlisted.  Informed her not to call again and filed a complaint with the FTC.

I work at Smart Energy USA in the marketing dept. and can assure we are not the ones making these calls. We don't solicit homeowners nor use the 714-705-4716 number. We normally advertise on magazines and online. We are investigating the matter and looking into having this resolved.

Listened as it picked up and my message was starting.  Female voice said 'hello' then it hung up.

Home Energy TeleScammers Violating Federal and CA Do Not Call Registries. Half of their unwanted calls they do not answer, irritating and wasting time. Really dumb people that want understand NO!

We are on a do not call list and still receive these calls.  We don't answer the phone if we do not recognize the number but it is very annoying.

Nearly daily phone calls from this company and they don't leave a message - called the number back and it answers but says the number isn't in service - but the message is NOT a phone company message - I am tired of being awakened by these jokers every morning - I work swing and they wake me up in the middle of sleep... on do not call list too.. Smart Energy?  Someone posted they work for this company and it's not them - hmmm..

Got a call from this number today.  Claimed they were "Guaranteed Solar associated with Solar City" calling to reduce my energy bills.  I asked if he had checked the National Do Not Call list before calling--he hung up.

I called my phone company about this and several other phone numbers. What they told me was very interesting. They said the number that shows up in your caller ID is not the number they are calling from. So if you call the number back you're probably going to get a different company. I don't answer the phone if my caller ID says out of area unknown or private number.

you should really look at DNC list law ... then cry about it , congress pass a law that allows then them to call

I answered and after repeatedly saying hello he answered. I asked gently to stop calling that we don't need anything his response was he wanted to help me. I responded that we don't need no help and for them to stop calling. He said he will take us out of his listing.
