- SapphireI just got a call from a strange woman stating that she is calling from American Client Services. Re: offers for lower interest rates on credit cards. She says her name is Raquel but would not give her last name, than I asked her for her return number and she spit out a bogus number
(877)340-0183. Even though a return phone number appeared on my phone as (714)782-0197. When I called that number back it says this number is not a working number? WTF
