came up unknown i am to call david phelps right away about property i dont own and never did. Left a detailed message. First mistake not allowed and they sent someone to my house which they never did. Plus if there is a summons the court will send a notice. They have ppl call my number and i always have 24 hours dont think they know time to well either cause 24 hours came and went for a while now. Just annoying since idk who they are even looking for. Plus they have no listing anywhere.

This is a bogus scaming company. They told me I needed to call Lori Ross asap. So I did a bar assoication search for her and I found a Lori Ross. I called her. She was clueless as to what was going on. She is the only Lori Ross in California. So to have a little fun for sh*ts and grins I called the number they gave me. :) And told them my name was John Smith. And Told thm that Lori Ross was waiting for my call back. They told me she was on vacation. I said I just talked to lori ross and they said hang on a second. She came back on the line and asked for my physical address and my phone number. I told them You have my name John Smith that they can look it up by that information.I was told they did not do that. So I told them I was in Texas. She said that wont help they did not have a John Smith in the system. I said I thought you could not look it up by my name? She said How can I help you? I said I wanted to talk to Lori Ross. I was transfered to someone else named susie. Went through the same spill. Using a deep Texan draw. Wanted my name. gave it. Told her I call the Cali. Bar on her and they hung up. Was very funny. I would say if this number calls you I would look up that lawyer in that states bar association website and call them on those numbers first.

these guys are [***].  I just got out of court with them.  I'm on disability, Helloooo.  I don't own property, Hellooo.  You can't garnish my disability.  So I have a judgement now.  Who cares?

I check into these guys.  They will actually take you to court over whatever case they have on you.  They do have a case on you .  You might not remember it at first but the details are there when you ask what it was and how much.

So the people that are writing in here about it being real...well they said the exact to a tea same statement under a different name on other forum! Wow really smart! Anyways this is a scam!

I was just given this number from someone who called my work.

He said his name was Brian Jameson and that he was trying to summon someone to court by the name of Amy McMahon.

I told him that there was no one here by that name. He said "in my records it shows that she has been working there since December 2010" I told him that I have worked here since December 2009 and I know that no one by that name has worked here. I asked if it were possible if this person was a client and not an employee. He didn't think so but I told him that if she were a client I would not be able to confirm that she had been here. Basically I couldn't answer him so I gave him my bosses number. He called back here a few minutes later repeating the same call. I told him the same information and told him if he left his name and number that I might be able to get some information and call him back. He said sure but gave me this info:

David Phelps 714-888-6888 and a case number.

He probably wont call back and neither will I!

They are a collection agency.  LAR at 407 West Imperical HWY Suite H-114, Brea, CA 92821.  They will take you to court.  Don't think that they won't.

This number has been calling my step-dad's cell phone (no idea how they could have gotten it, i don't recall EVER writing that information on any form that would be tied to my name), saying the call is having to do with property at my parents' address (which they rent) they want to speak to owners or legal tennents: stone and associates, ask for David phelps 714 888-6888

i called the number just to ask who was at the number and the man got confrontational and hung up.

Per the FCRA a collections agency cannot take you to court... only the original debtor...

Spoke with the REAL attorney, David Phelps, that they claim to reperesent, he gave me the number for the FBI agent handling the case, these are bogus con artists, there is no real company and the idoits like Tea are part of the scam, this moron is on every single call complaint number claiming they are a collection agency and will take you to court, why would anyone go through the troule of doing that if they aren't involved?  Anyway, they have switched phone numbers now that the FBI shut down this number!
