Rachel said hold on to decrease your  credit card's interest  rate.
I asked what company this is and was hung up on.

This scenario happened to me previously and I was unable to tell them to stop calling me.

why isn't something done about this crap?????  if the call originates from the usa - then we have jurisdiction to go after these fools.

Answered the call even though I didn't recognize the number. No one on the other end and call ended automatically after approximately 3 seconds.

I am really tired of getting calls from Credit Card Services...Many times a day.  On more than one occasion I nave been able to get to a real person and asked to be taken off their list.  Usually that person hangs up on me..But the last time the person told me, "SHUT-UP YOU F***ING [***]."  Today, they called my cell phone.
The numbers are not always the same, and sometimes the caller ID says private caller.  
What can be done??

It doesn't necessarily originate from the USA. The phone number is spoofed which is why when you call the number back you get a disconnected message.

I got a call from this number on my cell today, so thanks to this site I knew to block it.

Called didnt answer called it back said #to was diconected. I call BULL [***]!!
