Do not engage in conversation with them.  It's a scam.  Have you ever applied online for a payday loan?  People like this get that information and bully you.  Ask for it in writing by certified mail.  It's the law!

There must be a group of these idiot collection agencies in Buffalo NY that are buddies with each other. When you send one company a do not contact letter you start getting calls from another company in the same area. The bad part is they try to contact everyone I ever knew, but not me, even though they say they cant get in touch with me,  I have had the same address and phone # for 15 years. These people @ IAG are scum . I guess once they get a do not contact letter they will pass this bogus account to the next blood sucker down the line..  This should not be allowed to happen,,either sue me or quit bothering people

They keep calling me asking for Carrie and a last name I cant remember. I want this to stop ASAP as these calls are happening during days and nights!

I keep getting calls from this #, I blocked the # with my cell phone carrier
