This number continually calls my house.  They are looking for a prior owner.  I've told them he doesn't own this home anymore and that this was NEVER his phone number.  I've told them to stop calling me and I've threatened to sue.  They usually hang up and call again the next day. 1-877-858-9986 They say to reference account #225922

This number continually calls everyday to my office number.  They are looking for a person before me.  I called them and told them I have no clue about the person who had the phone number before.  I've told them to stop calling me and they said they won't again. However, they call me again the next day. 1-877-858-9986 They say to reference account #374228

I have been getting calls from this number for a month now. I told them to stop calling me and remove me from their calling lists but they won't. They have also been calling my niece too same time everyday. They also won't remove her from their calling lists. Please tell me what the company name is associated with this number. My dad received a threatening phone call from 1-877-858-9986 x 202 today about ME.  They didn't speak to him but left a detailed message on his answering machine!!!  He called me all upset wondering what was going on.  I called the # and talked to a Ms. Flowers.  She was EXTREMELY rude and told me she'd have to call me back because she was on a conference call (then why are you answering your phone?  DUH)  She hung up on me.  I called back and talked to someone else, explaining I didn't want to speak to here because she was so rude and to put me with a supervisor.  He asked me who called and I said ext. so and so, and he put me back through TO her.  They have caller ID and she said very nastily, Apparently you didn't hear me before, I'm on a conference call and I will call you back!  That sent me into orbit and it went down hill from there.  Bottom line, we filed Chapter 13 on October 20th and she was totally out of line even contacting me in the first place, let alone my dad!  I called back and spoke with a very nice girl who was very helpful.  She confirmed that they had received notice on October 20th and reiterated that she should have NEVER contacted us in the first place!  Additionally, she said she heard how rude she was to me and that she was going to report her to the supervisor.  I am following up tomorrow with my attorney to see what other recourse we have.  Personally, I would love to see her fired! :)

No she was never fired infact she got a promotion to run that office, Now she goes by Ms capelli maybe she just got married????? I tryed to tell one of the reps (who called me a B*tch) that i had her voicemail saved when she called me in December (as Ms Flowers) than she just called begininng of march(Miss Capelli, not Mrs). My attorney told me to save all my messages and it's definatly the same woman. If they don't press criminal charges against me like she claims then she will love the lawsuit she and her company will get. All these people work and cover for each other I called a couple times this month just to see what they say and I've talked to about 10 different people who claim they are all supervisors. This place is joke!
