Said it was the IRS and if he, Officer Derrick Foster, didn't hear from me or my attorney, well good luck.

Its a scam. So stupid!

I got the phone call from IRS his name Derrick  Foster , same with Paula . We have to stop them , report to FBI

Someone from this number call and said he is officer Derrick Foster. claim that he is calling for the IRS department. if I dont call back good luck for a major law suit.

I got couple message from this officer Derrick Foster too. This is unacceptable for this kind of phone calls to be continue. We need to report and stop these scammers.

Same here, just got a call from 716-210-8026, he left message and it's the same information as mentioned above.  

I got the same call several times from that same guy.  So nasty and rude.  When I called back(already knowing it was a scam) and asked if this was the reall the IRS, he said that is a stupid f*&*ing question of course it is the IRS...Sure it is...They/he needs to be stopped with this...

I want something done about this person.  Nasty caller leaving none true nasty messages on my voice mail.  Claims he is the IRS.  Isn't this against the law?  Office Derrick Foster.  

Its a damn scam...i got the call again today...last time I called and he said if my attorney didn't contact him withen 5 minutes he'd have his contact serve me at my house...that was 2 months ago

Where?  I tried calling the IRS but can't even find a phone number with a real person

I got a call form this number said he was from the IRS

This is a scammer. Rude rude man claiming to be the irs. Don't fall for it!
