I just received a call from this number. They stated that they were calling from Portfolio Recovery regarding an insufficient draft with my checking account at 1st Bank. I told them I didn't have a checking acount with 1st Bank. Then they said they needed to to a fraud investigaion. I called 1st Bank and checked on this; they told me I didn't owe them money and that it sounded like a fraudulent call.

I also have received close to ten calls from this number and 877-364-6484
which also threatened to bring criminal action against me for some bounced check for 376.45 and I checked with "CHEQSYSTEMS" and my local bank and I have "nothing" on my file and never did!
Mark Senear (stage name) (google it) and a mr (supposed) Reed are now trying
return my call from my answering machine recorded message from last night and they "rapidly" re-dial my home and cell number over and over again which they must think there is a chance...............hahahahaha.....that I am going
to pay before the 31st of August or they are going to send a "process server" to my house to make me pay or go to jail or have to pay 10 times the
original amount of NSF check which they claim I wrote in 2006?????
These guys are ruthless and I am presently trying to teach them a real lesson on whom they are dealing with....
Some people actually get scared and will pay them.....
Don't even think about it................
I had my credit stolen 2 times in Phoenix Arizona and this is where and when
this check possibly came from and I have now a "serious alert" on all three of my credit reporting agencies as I suspect that will happen next with these con artists!

His real name is Mark Senear, convicted felon(look up article in the Buffalo News), and his number is 716-238-1887

716-213-6947 Identifies themselves as First Source Advantage.  Apparently, a bad-debt buyer looking to cash-in on some poor schmo.  They call several times a day but do not leave messages.  If you call back, they read your number and search you.  BEWARE. Reportedly, out of New York.

i talked to a rep and they were very helpful and gave me a settlement over 3 months to help me payoff a payday loan that i got behind on a few months ago .I also recieved my paid letter 5 days after my last payment as well .i wish everyone was as easy to work with as they were.
