Beware of these people.  They are a collection agency operating out of the Buffalo, NY area.  They may be legit, but they may be scammers.   Online research reveals that their methods are sketchy.  The most egregious comments I have found in numerous fora is that people complain of being asked for bank-account information over the telephone.  Anyone who does this should be regarded with utmost suspicion. It cannot be overemphasized that one should never give out personal information to unknown parties on the phone, electronically, by mail, in person or by any other means.
