Got a call from number for fraud for pay day loan

Call from this number teling me in awful broken English thee was a warrent for hy arrest. I called the local police they ran a check and then said besides me being titally clear it is a scanner they have been getting reports on for sometime. Now I see a connection to payday loans which i investigated some months ago and then went with a company I have used for several years which is paid automatically each month. These guys don't even speak clear English and are frightening innocent people

I received a Phone Call from # 716-240-0028 Mobile from Buffalo,NY.These calls
are Abusive,Harassing,threatening Arrest and Lawsuits.Their tactics is
definitely ILLEGAL.I receive calls multiple times a day at all hours.These
people do not speak English,they are running a SCAM on innocent people.BEWARE
DO NOT send money to these thieves.What they are doing is against the law.File
a complaint with www.FTC.gov and Add your Home/Cell phone numbers to
www.DoNotCall.gov  registry list.

I received a call from them telling me that a cash advanced America was filing a suit against me and I have an arrest warrant out for me because of non payment of loan.  I have never accepted monies from cash advanced America.  this is a fraud and threating me with an arrest warrant is illegal.

I got a phone call from this number 716 240 0028 did not telling me I owe for a loan I never got they told me if I dont resolve this that I will go to jail when I ask what company said that I owe them money I was told they are not eligible to give me that information. I am so tired of these people calling my phone trying to scam money from me. They talk real funny and sound alike.

I got the same phone call telling me the same thing I know good god well I did not apply forva loan with Cash Advance I ask for their phone number I was told that they are not eligible to give me that informotion I told theyI was going to look up Cash Advance and call them they told me to have a nice day and my local police will come take me to jail this is illegal to call and threaten a person over the phone
