Got a call from 716-241-1354 which say its Jason Miller from IRS. Yes Sure
Didn't even say my name. Called back ringed couple times nothing then a Beep no answering machine.
im sure Pony ID asking for money.

Just got the same call, same info given to me and a threat to appear in court or pay today. Please report and help catch these crooks, I ended up speaking to 3 different people.

Got a call from 716-241-1354 claiming to be from IRS. My wife said she will call back.

On returning call some times the person says they are from Federal Investigation .... blah blah. other times Arrest Officer Gary picks up!!!

Just got a call from this number which said it was someone from IRS. We owed money to IRS and if we have a lawer. We have one hour to make a payment..blah blah. We I challanged him, he hanged up the phone. Beware of these crooks.

Sure, from the IRS like I'm a 6ft 4 transgender Marine.  Called twice with same BS line.  I have had dealing with the REAL IRS, the START WITH REGISTERED MAIL not a PHONE CALL.  Just like I had 38.5 million released from the IRS as the result of a fraud investigation, just give me your banking account information.

Got the same call twice. I hope others will see this and not call back and or will not give their information if they do. BEWARE!!!!!!

I just got the same call, what happens when you call back, I called it with*67 and no answer, then I looked it up here, is there some charge to the phone? It was almost illegible I couldn't understandbutit sounded like a robot with an accent.  Can you tell me what happens? What a bunch of crap, people need to stop doing these things!

I am getting call from these people several times. last week from 2026003232 number and now this number same people same voice and same IRS scam saying to pay them money asap. I have someone curse them out and ask them weird question. Then they hung up. these people need to be punish because there are so many innocent people who became victim and lost their money. I really hate this

This person had been calling several times ,saying he is from the irs investigating branch and i need to get an attorney or he wish me goo luck.

I got a call from this (716) 241-1354 number twice in the span of a month. I didnt pick up the phone and they left a message claim that they are from IRS criminal investigation....
I know it must be a fishing scandal, but I did called back and see what they up to. The guy who pick up my return call name "Mike Taylor" something sounds like that and as I inquery more identification he started cursing and hand off the phone.

These guys are the worst type of scammer.  They don't even sound legit.  They are probably using some sort of number spoofer, but are based out of Chennai or Bangalore.  They will ask you to send money via Money Gram at Walmart.  Do not fall for this bogus act of fraud.  They are lowlife scum suckers that give Indian people a bad rap.

If you actually speak with them, ask for a badge number, the physical address of the IRS office they are located in and ask them to verify your address.  They can't produce this information.  Then tell the guy his breath smells like fish curry.  They are a joke.

I have the same breath smell today morning... He just knew my name and just gave me his name no more... He talked a lot and i could not understand his accent!!! He asked me if i have an attorney to represent me in the court....

Why we do not get their address and information and report it officially??!!

I got a call from 716-241-1354. they are telling me that I did money laundering. asking me to pay 25K  USD into court. otherwise they will deport me to my native country.

after that i told - i am ready for departing. immediately they said good luck and cut the call.

it is scam !!!!!  ????? please reply - i am worried

Just read the above posts... Too many different stories from the same number... We should report it to the authorities... It is definatly scam... Nothing professional... Did they give you their badge number? Did they know your address?

These are basterds calling from number 716-241-1354. They are cheaters from INDIA. It is an international scam rum by stupids who does not even know to speak proper American English. They will ask you to give them money to aviod any legal complications from IRS. It is BOGUS scam. Do not pay a penny.

Said they were from the IRS and said that I need legal representation. I hung up.

Just got the same exact call saying the same thing.

I just got the same call from a guy with an accent saying he's from the IRS, officer James Miller.  The message stated I needed to call him back right away and that I shouldn't attempt to disregard the message, otherwise he wishes me luck!
