    Left a voicemail claiming to be an officer and Said there was a criminal investigation with IRS and I needed to call them guy had foreign accent

    The guy sounded like a native Spanish speaker and said this was an "IRS Crime Investigation" and you should call him right away... 716-262-1257.  "Thank you and have a blessed day..."  Totally bizarre.

    Got the same scam call message, but the accent was thick Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi.  You can hear the sounds of a telephone boiler room in the background.  These guys are despicable crooks looking for easy prey.  No doubt, some fall victim as these scams continue.
