got a "blocked" call from a "ms. lewis" today.  she tells me she's an independent process server that is going to serve me a court summons in 48 hours for civil case ##-### at my home and/or place of employment.  however, i can call the original petitioner, who put their phone number on the outside of the document given to her, in order to resolve the issue.  if an agreement is made with the original petitioner, i must tell them to fax her a stand down order within 48 hours.

This is not a law office it is a collection agency,  there was an on line add requesting the finest collection pond scum call them at 716-332-1643 for a collection job, the real name of this fly by night operation is HW Capital and they are located at 2190 Marina Dr Hamburg, NY 14075 and the owner is Mark Lesinski per NY Sec of State filing date 5/11/2012 SOS filing# 4244429.  As a collection agency they have no ability to process serve nor could they afford to file law suits, they are just using illegal scare tactics that violate the FDCPA as well as numerous state laws

Got several telephone messages on cell phone over past several months. Never says who they are looking for. Says her name is Kelly Schwartz of Legal Claims Division and you have been named person of interest in check protest claim. Return call number says 855-788-3761. Call number back and call immediately is disconnected.

Hey, I googled my name to check out my blogs and content on my websites and found the search associated me with some very old forum submissions.

For the record, I am not associated with any of the mentioned firms  HW Capital,  Federal Credit Recovery Inc, Evans Law Associates, Midpoint Resolution Group, Evans Law Offices, P&B Capital Group LLC /Phillips & Burns, LLC, Henderson Weinstein Wyatt & Associates, Inc or Hogan & Weinberg.

I have NOTHING to do with the above mentioned agencies. Just an FYI, so I do not get associated with business practices as mentioned in the complaints.  If they are using my name, please let me know and I will contact the NYS Attorney General's office.
