BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT - if these guys call you about some bogus payday-loans executed with your SSN, do NOT give them any information.  If your SSN was actually stolen and used fraudulently, then just address that directly with the big-three credit bureaus: Equifax, Trans Union, and Experian.

So I, too, got a call from 716-348-3431 and the guy also said his name was Terry Sullivan for Robert James & Associates.  He told me that another lady obtained a payday-loan using my Social Security number.  Then he even attempted to get me to disclose my social security number.  Anyone who EVER tries to get you to tell them your SSN is a scammer!

By the way, I like how this "Terry Sullivan" or one of these scammers actually replied above ("satisfied" on 24 Jan 2011) trying to redeem their scam.  These guys are reprobates and fools.
