Family members received calls from this number today asking questions about me...what kind of car I drive and my birth date.  None of my family members answered these questions but one was given a call back number (844_429_6400) and complaint number to reference.  I have not returned this call.  Curious if anyone else has received similar.

Said I had a case pending against me in a county that I don't live in.  But, if I called back IMMEDIATELY, I could avoid them sending someone out to serve me either at my work or at home.  I would need to have a supervisor present if they did it at work or two forms of ID if I was at home.  People don't call you if you are going to be served.  It defeats the purpose and the element of surprise. I did not call them back and the company name provided in the message is bogus.  Nothing comes up under that name.

This same person called me to. Did they ever serve you papers? They told me the same stuff they told you. And when I called the number back the guy said his name was jonathan and he was from CRG. I hung up the phone.

A man called me from this number offering to tongue jack my bum. I dont know what this was all about?

This number called my mother today saying he worked for a law firm about a pending case...when I called back he asked if I had signed any legal documents in the last 72 hours and when I responded with no he said good and told me he would be able to help me then. Somehow he knew my full name and social security number and told me it was in regards to a cash advance loan...I told him I've spoken with the company in question and that I knew he was trying to scam me to not contact me or my family again and I would be notifying the authorities. My friend also informed me he has been receiving calls about me signing an affidavit... It's all scams don't listen to a word they tell you!

Franklin Bishop the 4th, called me at my work number and left a message that I had passed a bad check across state lines and that unless I called to clear this up, he would have to contact the state attorney for my state and start prosecution.  This is so much a scam and threatening to prosecute by phone from a debt collector is illegal in my state, I believe.  A call like this will come to my number every few months, and seem to recycle over and over.    No company name was given, no account information was given, just a scare tactic that i need to call them within 48 hours.   Total Scam.

That's exactly what they told me soon it's all bull [***] right cause they stayed to call back with a payment or they will proceed to a warrent against me
