Just found a charge on my debit card related to phone number 716-404-9931.  Scammed me out of $10, had to put a freeze on my debit card and have bank issue me a new card.  This means I have no card for at least 10 days.

BEWARE!  This was a TRICK, not a treat!  Shame on me?  Shame on them!!!

Just noticed the same thing on my CC.

This is who they are and their webpage......they did the same thing to me, $40 bucks on my CC.

did any of you my chance make a purchase from TudorDressing via Amazon.com using the card that ended up with the fraudulent charge?

$7.60 charged on my card - I cancelled my credit card and they refunded my money when I called them and told them I did not make the purchase and was notifying my bank.

got me too .... notified bank and them ... they say they will refund.

They got me too ... just cancelled my card and they did refund the money when I emailed the support number ..... they had my mailing address and everything for what I supposedly ordered.  They indicated they had not sent since they had not received confirmation ... even though they had charged my acct 3 weeks ago .... not sure what the confirmation is .... I guarantee there are no goods to ship .. it is a scam and they will make their money off of people that dont look at their charges or do anything about it.

Got me too!! They took 10.00 from my account through debit somehow.  I called them today and they had my address and everything!! Strange...The said that they would immediately reverse those fees and gave me a confirmation.  I'm going to report them today. The name of the store is Sport & Outdoor Store...SCAM artists

Got me too....  I was traveling and they told me I ordered swim goggles.  I don't swim!  I called a demanded a refund.  If it's not there in 2-3 days, I'll contact the police.  I don't want to cancel my card again due to this BS.  It's only 9.10, but it's the principle of the matter.  Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of!

Update -- refund appeared in my account within hours....

Also got my CC.  Took $9.40 out of my account.   Had bank put in dispute form.  Will turn them in also after reading all these.   Now I have to order a new card and wait again all because of a scam.   These people need to get a life.  Never ordered anything on line so don´t know they even got my number!!  Woman at the bank even said how scary it is any more how they can do this.   Name on statement says ACT Sports

Today I noticed a charge on my account for 6.90. Called the bank and they gave me the #716-404-9931 also. Called them and they told me it was for a fishing set of some kind. Don't know how they got this info but Regions Bank said there is nothing they could do to Red Flag these people. Please everyone keep an eye on your account because the banks won't...or at least REGIONS won't. When I contacted the company they did say they would refund my charge....WHY?....because they KNEW that I as well as others were being scammed.

Found a charge on my debit card for $9.60 that I know I didn't charge. Called the number & was given some bogus website. Says that I ordered some binoculars. They had my name--address. I told her it was B.S. & I was reporting it to the police. She said they would return the money to my card. I was so pissed, I wanted to go to Grand Island, NY & whoop their "A--."

Had a charge on my bank account for $9.10 from this company.  When I called they looked up the charge using the last 4 digits of my debit card.  They already knew my name and asked if I had ordered swim goggles.  When I said no, they said that they would cancel the order and refund my money within 3 business days.  Hopefully they will do what they said.

Just found a charge on my child support card for $10.90 from this same bogus company. I called the number and someone with a fake accent said call back during business hours but did not give the hours. They gave the web address and it says SORRY This site is currently not available. The headache of it all frozen funds until a new card comes. There was a separate charge $20.01 from the same day without a phone number T STUDIOS / ALGONAC. I don't know if they are true partners in crime but also a bogus charge. It's a crying shame.

Just had the same thing told to me, that I had ordered fishing hooks and the order was not sent because I didn't comfirm it through a supposedly sent email.  This happened on the same day that my new credit card was switched because of a similar occurrence for 20.01 from another scam.  I had that amount show up on 2 different credit cards that use the same bank.  Makes you want to go back to the old fashioned writing a check and mailing the payment in and not using the computer.

I found a charge for $9.20 debited from my account using my bank card last night.  Called bank this morning and they advised to cancel card and issue new one.  I called the 7164049931 and was told the   order was placed online for outdoor sport glasses.  I demanded a refund and was told the order would be cancelled and a refund issued. I also asked for the order info. sent to me in an email. I received 2 emails from them with different email info. list from the "mystery buyer."  I will definitely do what I can to help get these crooks put away for theft. That's what they're doing - stealing from a lot of people.

found small charge on my Bof A credit card from this same # looked up actsports.com also found 100's of others with same complaint mainly debit cards with small charges 9.80 or 20.01 it's a landline in grand island NY from Telcove atlantic NY SCAMMERS prob will have to xo card, shut down acct, get new acct. How many people are letting this activity slide? HOW DID THEY GET YOUR CARD # ?

The amount was credited back to my account within 2 days of calling ACT sports.

The exact same thing happened to me with two charges from BOTH of those names!  T Lion Silversmith for $20.01 and Sports 716-404-9931....GRRR!  Will reporting this to the police do any good?  The only # I can find for T Lion Silversmith is 541-432-5059 which has been disconnected.
