Called me this morning and left a voicemail saying his name was Paul Stanton a Legal Investigator/Arbitration for NPS? The he stated that within 72 hours I would be receiving a summons and legal action taken against me unless I called back for a legal settlement.

I had someone call about the same thing around 8 months ago and they threatened the same thing unless I paid them $4000 for a debt that was $500. They never provided actual proof of the debt and the lady kept threatening me with jail and that she was going to call my employer to have my paychecks garnished.

I hate these people. If I owed them anything, it would show on my credit report and these people can't just call your employer and garnish wages. Prety sure they're trying to collect on either old debts or debts that have been paid off.

They call our office a few times and never said anything when we answered the calls.
