called 2 days in a row, does not leave a message.

Someone called me and said they were from windows and that I had been hacked. They said that there were error messages at windows. They said that I needed to review my computer certificate and asked for money.

Keep getting calls from this number.  I just hang up after I hear--calling from the technical department at windows.  I think they are calling from India.

A foreign sounding individual called claiming that for weeks that have received an error message from our Windows system and wanted to help us with our problem. I let him blab whatever to me and then I informed him that we don't even have Windows so how is it possible that he was getting a message. Then he asks me, do you use a laptop or other system...my response was if you are calling me reporting the issue why don't you tell me. I also then explained if they are soliciting something to remove our number from their list and we are on the Do Not Call list.

Foreign sounding individual (Indian accent?) called telling me he is from MicroSoft.  He reported to me that my machine is infected with a virus, and that he needed to help me eradicate the virus.  A friend of mine got a similar call this week from a guy with a foreign accent.  She has spent literally days now, going to her various accounts, changing passwords, changing bank account numbers and so on.  New checks have cost her a bundle.  Microsoft makes no such "house calls", and I told him so.

Beware - I got a call today too.  These are scammers.  I'm sure Microsoft would like to know there are being "represented" by such a prestigious firm.  At least they would have the $$ to go after them.

got this call today 8-12-15 heavy accent  pc event scam very difficult to understand got a laugh and hung up

i got a phone call from 716 462 4705 . This person said he is from pakistan, and said my computer is hacked and need to fix it. it was scam he started asking personal questions , When I mentioned that i will report to police then he hung up the phone.
