They're a debt purchaser/trader, avoid calls.

I've been getting calls from these people every other day. Unfortunately I'm in Germany for work through February and they keep calling my cell phone in the middle of the night (can't turn it off in case of work emergency). Anyone have an address for them? It says the number is in Lockport, NY but no address. I need to send them a cease and desist letter.

Ross Klein Capital Management is a suspicious company.

This company has been calling me for some time now. I returned their call to get the lowdown on the account they have on file for me and I got a bunch of red flags.

1. They are trying to collect on an account that I have paid off over a year ago.
2. They refuse to send anything through the mail.
3. They hint at some unspecified "legal action"
4. They asked for the old account's credit card number.

The biggest flag is that they constantly refuse to send anything through the US postal service. This is because if they do and it is a scam, they are open to charges of mail fraud. When I paid off the debt Ross Klein is now trying to collect I got confirmation of the debt in the mail, and my reciept of having paid it off in the mail.

If this, or any, company is refusing to use the US postal service BE WARY. There is no legitimate reason for them not to.

yes i am getting this call constantly. Usually I dont answer and they leave a voice mail. I don't answer unless I recognize the number these days. This time i decided to answer, know it was them. But the same recording that is in my voice mail.   Thanks for all your in put.

I received a message on Jan.25th and I am wondering what they want because I don't have any outstanding collections on my credit. Please stop calling me and my family. Thank you, Casee
