they called and when i asked a question...they hung up on me.  The name they gave me was Innovative ______ (I couldn't understand her on the 2nd part of the name) and her name was Katrina.  All I asked her was I don't know anything about your company what exactly are you calling about? AND I was nice.... Ha....I called her back...she wouldn't talk to me....

Just started getting calls from this no.  Left no messages.  Comes up New York on caller id. One more call and report will be filed with authorities.

I have received numerous calls from this number. When I say "hello," the line is silent, but open. If I repeat "hello" enough times, the line goes dead. I have called the number back and it just rings.

I suspect that someone legitimately has this number, but that someone else has spoofed the caller ID (this is not only possible, it is a common event when a person or company is experimenting with a service provider type connection into the phone system). Probably, when I call back, I'm not reaching the party who called me, but the legitimate holder of the number who chooses not to answer because they get so many calls asking who they are.
