I keep getting calls looking for the wrong person, same wrong person. Now this one says for not answering the other spams the account has been escalated.

Message left, similar location in New York, states an unresolved matter and leaves a case number, also states a notice of intent will be issued. On 2 other sites, these numbers have been flagged as payday loan collection scams. I have never received or applied for any loan.

SCAM

Said there was something going to be filed. An intent I think for a payday loan I didn't pay back.

I got a call from this number stating that it is giving me a notice of contempt for I don't know what it is about.

I have gotten four calls 2 from 716-543-9885 talking about 24 hour notice of intent for a case number that I have no idea what for. two other calls with same case number same message from716-254-4123. The first number comes up as a landline in Akron. NY the second number is a NY area code. I think they are just trying to scam whoever they can.
