The guy was rude, threatening, and generally obnoxious. Claimed to be a "private detective" working for a law firm.

oh my gosh what a douche. never even heard of the guy he was looking for. how can you be so rude to complete strangers all day. I hope he's single because if not I feel sorry for whoever he abuses when he comes home at night.

Called looking for someone who didn't live here.  Did not accept that the person in question does not live here. I asked where he was calling from.  He said, "I ask the questions.  You answer."  I hung up on him.  He called back.

Total ass...  Called about my Ex-wife of 15yrs ago and told me this was listed as her primary residence.  What a load!  When I asked him about his info he hung up on me after saying it was none of my business!!!!

A caller left a VM claiming to be with Shaw-Falzone Law Offices. A caller referenced an individual who DOES NOT live at my address and IS NOT affiliated with my phone number. The caller's VM said I must call back at 800-403-4920 ext. 102, and verify my SS# in order to "Cease and Desist" having notice "regarding this matter" sent to me at my address. Upon a bit of research, I found that the caller id phone number and 800# are both unlisted. However, the BBB of Upstate NY has a file on the Law Office of Frank S Falzone with a Michael Shaw as the primary contact (D- BBB rating). Per the info I found on the BBB, I faxed a letter to the company requesting that they discontinue calls to my home. The fax # I found is (716) 881-2906 and the associated address is 5140 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221, Erie County. I also found a listed phone # of (716) 362-4900.

This person called asking for money to clear a non exsisting debt on behalf of a family member. They also called two other family members leaving same message. They stated we are a recipent and wanted SS#, email address, fax number and to confirm addresss. They use file numbers to make it appear real. They left a return call number of 800-403-4920 ext 102. When calling this number, the ext #102 did not work. When I spoke with them the next day, they made threatening statements about taking legal action. They gave confidential information to family members about the account which is illegal. Stated mail had been sent when no mail was ever recieved.

Called my sister, mom and me. Would not tell what info on case that was. I have a standing order with my family to report this to our lawyers and file a law suit on this place if the don't cease and decease. Remember never give out SS# to anyone calling. Let you lawyer kn ow and have them contact them.

Received a call from this number asking for Carol.   He also called her and my sons phone wanting information.  Did not gave out anything. Said he was from an attorneys office and needed to get in touch with her.  Did leave a file number and also the 800 number. Said due to time sensitive information, could or would not tell me anything more that he needed to talk to her.

Called again tonight--this man needs to be stopped before someone falls for his schpeel and gets hurt in the process.  He doesn't know the meaning of the word no and proceeds to tell me not to be rude.  It is time to put this man in his place-he once again called my daughter and son.  Please, someone out there put a stop to this man.

I am Sharon's son I called New York Attorney's Office. Give them a call and they will send you a form to fill out. I will not give the out number it's on the web so you know it is a real number. They will refer you to a regional office. Give them the info in Kate's post.  Our lawyer found that this so called man is a con working in a bar. to shut him down fill out the form.

This number is from the office of Falzone & Associates. First, do not get intimidated by these people. They are not going to do anything buy try and do just that, intimidate you into saying or doing something foolish. If they are in fact contacting you about a debt you may owe, do NOT talk to them PERIOD. You will likely only make things worse for yourself. Don't verify anything they ask you to verify. Don't give up your social security number. Don't answer any of their questions. They usually get frustrated quickly and will likely hang up on you. And they will likely call again and again trying the same intimidation tactics. Stonewall them. Ignore their calls. They are bottom feeders preying upon consumer ignorance. They have been sued themselves so many times it's ridiculous and ludicrous that they are still allowed to be in business.
