They appear as "First Source Adv." Calls every day, ever few hours. They keep asking for someone with an ethnic name.  Scammers.

Please stop calling my cellular phone.

They call at least 10 times a day and hang up.

I am receiving phone calls to my home phone from the above mentioned number 7 days week 1-4 times a day. When I answer 5-10 seconds of dead air then it disconnects, or I pick up and hang up , immediately after they call back, or if not home or don't answer no voicemail, and finally if I call them no answer just rings continuously.

Just file a complaint to help F.T.C., investigate this unscrupulous (scum of the earth) collectors, as harassment by repeated telephone calls is breaking federal laws, go to the website: www.ftc.gov or call 1-877-382-4357. Do not let this scum intimidate you.
