I received a call from this number and it was a recording saying it was NCW and i had an item returned from my bank and left a number for me to call 1-866-734-5820 and when i called the number it was another recording stating that they no longer were control any accounts and to call 1-855-580-2680.  I called and they said i was not in the system which meant they probably turned something over to the courts and i would be getting a subpeona to show up for a civil case..
I owe nothing to any bank and nothing has been returned its is all bogus!!!

I had a similar experience. Individual called in reference to a civil suit in a place  where I never lived. They seem to be looking in the phone book and just calling and harassing people. Next time I receive a call my attorney will be contacting. Maybe they should hire professionals.

I just received a call from this company and they verified my name as the person they were looking for.  Without taking a breath the woman start spouting off information about a payday advance and defrauding a financial institution.  She rattles off the last 4 of a social security number which do not belong to me and i just let her finish her spiel and ask her after she finally asks me if i want to take care of this now.  I simply stated, "Now that you are finished, can you please tell me again the social you said before for the person you are looking for?".  She proceeded to give me this man's full social security number that happens to share my name.  When i asked if the line was being recorded because she just gave me some man's full social security number.  I have been a victim of Identity Theft once before so i asked to speak to a manager and the woman became very hostile and would not let me speak again.  I hung up and called back getting a man with a slight New Jersey accent and i asked him to speak to a manager, told him what happened and he would not let me speak either.  I asked him to stop talking for a minute so i could speak and he said, "Why don't you quit being a scum bag and pay your F#&king bills, I know you are the C*#k who owes us money"

Yeah these idiots have called me as well with the same bs. I told them I have a friend in the FBI that deals with Financial Crimes(which I do) and she hung up.
