I keep getting prank calls from this # and I would like to know who it is..? Im not sure who the company is. But the call is being made in Buffalo NY

i too have been getting prank calls from 716 616 9476. don't know who it is! when i call back i get a message that says "the magic jack caller is not in service" what does this mean and who keeps calling me?

Someone is trying to call u from overseas. The magic jack is an Internet device that can make free calls to the USA for free.

they are also in the USA and Canada not just out of country callers

They called me too today at 540am. I didn't answer and I wasn't able to call them back, prob the phone was disconnected.

Someone commented that they tried calling the person back and it said they are a magic jack customer. They could probably be in any country because with magic jack you can choose different phone numbers.

We have been called repeatedly by this number and others. This man with heavy Indian accent said he is from windows and owes us a credit from past work . He asked for full our  complete credit card information . It is a scam. Our computer has been hacked and they continue to call us. When my husband called the 716 number back there was a message from magic jack. The man called us again and my husband asked for our file number that he was speaking about. My husband ended the call saying he would the federal trade commission FTC and he will . He told this man to STOP calling us.

Caller had an Indian accent and claims to be from NYS Lottery.   Saying both my husband & I are winners in a 're-drawing" for 1.5 million dollars with NYS Lottery.  Was leaving this message when I picked up the line.  He stated not only my name, my husband but also gave our home address. trying to sound more official.   Asked him how NYS lottery would even know any of this information when all you do is buy a ticket.  He was saying someone may have submitted the information for us on an old ticket hoping to win us money.  Told him I knew it was a scam and not to call back.
