call from Susan - no company name - vm says pre-legal matter filed against me and this is final opportunity to discuss within 24 hours with result in forfeiture.  call back number left is 855-272-1365. will also look up this number.

Debt collector that gets you to call them by claiming they are in a pre-legal state (implying they are going to file some sort of legal document).  They claim if you don't call them back you lose all legal rights.  I have no debts so I ignore the call but they keep calling with the same message.  Each time I have 24 hours before I lose all rights.   I'm pretty sure something would have to be mailed to me and any legal papers served to me personally.   Companies that do this stuff should be put out of business.  Name given is always Susan but sure sounds like a different women most of the time when they leave voice mail.

Got the same message today. Called back and it said they were Credit Management Solutions. I have been pestered by them for years now under someone else's name. I tell them there is no one by that name and ask them to take me off their list. Keep getting called.

I received a call last night around 8:05 pm CST giving me the same spill as already posted here.  I am not about to call the number back after reading the posts here. It could be a scam where they are trying to get you to call back and then they can access your personal information.  I've heard about these scams before. I have no debt that could have gone to a legal status so I'm ignoring the calls.
