The guy called me, he said he worked for IRS

Recvd a call 9/10/2015. They said they were located in New York. Claimed my current husband was my ex-husband of 12 years ago and that they had proof from the IRS. Said my husband was not who he said he was and that his name was actually my exes name. They were EXTREMELY rude. Said we had a delinquent house note. We demanded they remove our phone number from any list they had. My husband used the number on the Caller ID to phone them back and check; reiterated that they remove our phone as we were not the person they wanted to reach.

If the caller is being rude and makes bogus, ludicrous claims like that, they more or likely are IRS impostors.

Complete hoax. Dont give them any money

Got a call sent it to voice mail the man said his name was Patrick Kaiser claimed he was part of a processing firm PAG & Associates. Said he had some Tax documents on his desk with my Name and Social Security dealing with my 2015 Tax files and if I didn't contact him today at  1-888-490-5115 ext 225 he was going to forward the documents to the IRS.

First only the IRS would have any of my tax records. Second a processing firm only serves petitions for law suites or orders to appear before a Judge.

These guys are SCAMMERS

I keep receiving calls from this number and Patrick...Its a complete scam..Dont send money..I dont owe the IRS anything and have always reported ALL earings for myself and business..

People before you end up like me research this because its happening.Last year this company called me and said they were filing this 1099C i didnt believe them when I got it I took it to HR block oh its real and its alot more then I ever borrowed. I am in a payment arrangement with the IRS and its with interest.They offered me a settlement but I was weary shouldve taken it but at the time no funds. Go to irs.gov its all in writing

Your completely wrong dont tell people its a scam I am proof its not you have 100 per cent complete wrong info dont let others get screwed like I did because you have no facts they can and do process 1099c forms for canceled debt.

Pretends to be an IRS lawyer from PAG and assoc that needs an immediate response to tax allegations about to be filed against you and your social security number. scam.

I had a man call me and told me a I had an old dept and he was filing something with the IRS. When I asked him for the address and to write a letter of dispute because I never had a card from that company. Not to mention it was from 2000 so he said. He refused to give me an address.

I like how the scammers are literally on here saying this is not a scam and trying to tell people to "just go look here"....

If it's not a scam, why the hell did you even look up the number? LIARS.

This group of rip off artists called my mom and had her in tears thinking she would have no money and would be going to jail for not paying the IRS. I had to talk her off the ledge then explain to her that there are some slimy ass people in the world who would love nothing more than to steal her information. Now I'm posting here and will be reporting this number to whoever I have to as fraud.

Get a real job.

All of these posts with names are not from people who called the company there from a ex employee who got termed for bad practices now as a last effort to cause issues he is making these stories up to scares people into not paying and then getting into trouble with the irs

Beware people none of these post are from real people they are from a ex disgruntal employee who is angry for being let go so he is trying to scare you into not paying by saying its a scam please look it up talk to a attorney or cpa he is purposely leading you astray

I received a call From Miranda from this number yesterday. She was extremely rude and mean. She was Also insulting to me and my family. I'm going to report this. If anyone receives a call I'd suggest you do the same as she is not worth the time to deal worth her attitude.also sounds very fishy to me. I'm going to look into her and report her.

Called my sister's house dropping her and my mother's names in an attempt to get info on me...used IRS name which if they're not,  I'll burn their little house down. Sounds like a name I've seen mentioned in other posts - Pinnacle

Called my cell phone then called my friends phone..saying something about a 1099C IRS form..Mentioned he would be forced to forward it to the IRS if we didn't call back today.
