leave message claiming to be IRS with badge number, threating further action if not called back. They did not say our name or SSN. We don't owe anything. Seems to be a scam.

They called my husband today also, and the guy spoke to my husband. He said that my husband had until tomorrow to call back with a lawyer.

This number called me today and the guy said he was from IRS, and that I had until tomorrow to call back with a lawyer.

Caller clame to be.Officer Barrick Forster and i should retirn his call. i try calling but no answer

Didn't identify themselves. Said call back with a lawyer or would need to take further action.

The guy sounded like a person from England or UK.  No names or numbers were mentioned,just demanded to be called back or get attorney to call.  Said he was from IRS and said if we did not call then all he could say is "good luck".  They have called here twice and its just before noon.

guy has called me 3x in last week. First time from Washington DC area code and now twice today from Buffalo, NY as Officer Eric Fluster. As far as I can tell from the accent, he may be Dutch or from the Caribbean (more likely) trying to speak with an American (Southern States) accent. I have reluctantly answered my cell phone because I simply don't answer the number unless o recognize it. However, I want to get it to it with this guy so the next time he calls me I will tell him he has reached the FBI's Anti-Fraud and Harrasment hotline. I will ask for his information and to speak with his supervisor then see how he handles that.

Same threats, called twice.

Got the same message..they can "F""OFF" as far as I am concerned. Don't owe a dime and can prove it.

Retuned this scam call using prank dial. Good times!

Called threatening... Said he was IRS...

Just received a call and voice mail from this same guy, my return call was not answered.

Same thing with me too. Threatening action and a lawyer.

Received 2 calls today from this number saying he was from the irs need to call back with my lawyer,  
1. The irs doesn't make phone calls.  They notify you via mail.
2.  The guy sounded like he was from India.  Called the number back no answer.
If he calls again tomorrow we will call the FBI.  Getting pretty sick of this kind of stuff

I got the same call.  supposedly the IRS but has broken english and obviously a scam!

I received the same call...I let my go to VM..Said he was a police officer.  What a joke!!

The guy identified himself as Eric Fluster also.  If he calls again, i will say he has reached the police department. I like your tactic!!
