This guy is a total ass!!! Very rude! Said I was a woman and needed to do what I was told!!! OMG!

Asked for someone who I had no knowledge of.  I calmly & politley told him he had an incorrect # Called me a liar and to do what I was told(exactly like the report above).  I warned him my husband is a Federal Agent.  He demanded his ID number (they don't have ID numbers dummy!)  I put him on the line with my husband- and he had the nerve to tell him to shut up and do what HE was told.  
Then he called back (we had hung up).  He then started screaming and saying he had me being abusive on tape.  That in and of it self was against the law I live in MI and it is a 2 party requirement law with regard to taping phone calls!!

Called my work this morning, told me he was calling in regards to nsf funds on my bank account. I dont even have a bank account. I asked him who he was and he said "hold on, I am just the secretary I need to transfer you". I said "this is my work dont call here again" and hung up. I had similar calls like this in the past that were fraudulent. I think they are a fake collection agency.

I think this is going to be the same company I had issues with before. Sounds like the same M.O. as a company called Marvel and Associates in New York. Don't give them any information. They will threaten you and call you constantly.

Yes Allen Michaels & Assocs. keeps calling me and leaving a voice mail threating me go go to court and ,Also the use the name of John Marketson andand hteat of fraud against me and also a gentleman by the name of mr. cummings.Yes isn it a scm

Called and left a rude message stating my husband's name was on an affidavit for a person not known to either of us. Deleted message and did not respond.

yes, they say they are from Allen Michael & Associates --- leaves a callback number of 866-44-1815.  threats about going to court for something returned on my bank account.....they call insessantly to work and cell and have even found out my mothers unlisted  phone number and left a message with her.  i told her to tell them to stop calling and that they is reporting them to the Attorney General's office.  These people need to get a REAL job and stop harassing people!  I'm going to buy a whistle and keep blowing it in their ears till it breaks their eardrums! SICK OF IT!

I just received a similar call. They called my elderly grandmother and got her worried thinking I was in some kind of legal trouble. When I called back they were yelling and overall just extremely unprofessional. I had no idea what claim he was referring to so I asked them to mail me a copy of any paperwork and he wouldn't without me confirming my liscense and social security. When I explained that I would have to be an idiot to do that over the phone with a complete stranger he began to threaten me with legal reprecussions. He is now refusing to mail me any type of documentation on the supposed contract that I am in breach of? This is crazy!

This person is calling us and doing everything everyone else is saying.  I have reported it to Verizon who is suppose to control the number. now andThe person says it is not us that owe the money but someone we know who we supposeable co-signed for but never did.

Threatening phone calls to me.  Told me to fax them information but were too busy yelling at me on the phone and hung up before giving me the fax number?  LMAOL!!!!!

This guy who called himself Investigator Richard Aiello left me a message on my cell phone.  I called back and ask questions like, what was his company name, what was he looking for and he screamed SHUT YUOR MOUTH.  So I hung up.  Then he called back and tried to threaten me, so I told him I was calling the police.  He started to scream again but I hung up.  This guy is scum and I am sure he is a total scammer.  DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.  IF you google Investigator Richard Aiello, you'll find an arrest article about him bring arrested in a phone scam ring.

this company who i have never heard of took all my money out of my account i was grocery shopping for my 5 kids the same day as payday and was declined called my bank and of course i have to file a dispute now my kids r hungry and we r shut down by everyone i have no idea how they even got my debit card number

People who have real jabs arn't debtors! They pay there bills and don't have to get phone calls like this! So why don't you get a real job that pays your Bills!
