Yeah they always call on my cell and never leave a message.

I'm getting tired of coming in to various reporting sites to make another annoyance call report. This caller hung up when my answering machine kicked in. I wish there was a law against unwanted, unsolicited, relentless scam callers.

This number keeps calling and never leaves messages!!!

I just got a call from this number and a machine said that this is the last notice and that they want to lower my credit card interest but never mentioned which credit card. I heard on TV that when they give you a last noticed by phone this is the kind of people who is stealing you identity and that they ask for personal data. Be ALERT!!! I hang up when I heard that and tried to call back and it is busy!!! SCAM

This is ABSOLUTELY a scam.  I talked to them twice.  When I ask what card company they are representing, they can't tell you.  They say they represent Visa AND MasterCard both and want to reduce your interest rates. Really?  When did Visa and MasterCard quit competing?  They are trying to obtain your card number!!!!  When they called back the second time, I asked what card company.  Again, they said "card services".  When I told them this was a scam, they got off the phone immediately.  Hmmmm.  Figure that.

Just received a call about lowering my interest rate. When I asked the man Why are you calling me when all my credit cards are at a 0% and 1.99% he hung up on me. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Received a call from this number at 11:03 A.M. the call was  was identified as originating from PA on my cell phone.  I did not answer the call as the number was not familiar to me and no message was left for followup.

Robo call about credit cards, reported to no call list

I received at phone call on April 17th @ 9:28 am.  From this number.  717-238-5396
No Message, just a hang up.  I was wondering if you and find out who this call came from.
