What business has this number?

Don't speak English, very rude, won't provide information and (David Cooper) always wanting to put his supervisor on the line. When you ask him questions he is nasty and talks over you.

they keep calling then gave me the law firm name of Hinkins Law firm 224 N. Duke Street Lancaster PA 17602. When I looked up this address through google maps it comes up with the address is for James M Hook CPA. I called their number and they are not associated with the number that keeps calling. I then called this number back called them scammers, asked again to tell me their address, they swore at me and hung up. I then called them back 10-12 more times harassing them to give me their information finally they said stop calling us. I told them to stop calling me. Then went to the BBB web site and filed a complaint against them and this phone number.

Yes the names are David Cooper, Mark Davis and Kevin Bell....

got  a  call  from  this  number  saying  that  i  was  going  to  b  in trouble  if  i dont  pay  them.  i  dont know  who  these  people  r  and  would  like  them  to stop  calling  me  they  call  like  4  to  5  times  a  day

My elderly mother was being bothered by this number.  Indian sounding guy, gave 224 N. Duke St, in Lancaster PA from Hinkin Law Firm.  Very difficult to understand but said he was calling about a legal matter.  When I asked what legal matter, he told me he did not know, only he was supposed to contact this person.  Bizarre!   Then he asked for my lawyers name and my employer's phone number.

this hyndu india person calls me up and tells me that i have a lawsuit against me for  $3500.00 and that my wages are going to get garnished. in 2 monthly installments of 1200. i told him that he can not do that. and i started to get up set and he hung up on me.

i just called this # back and got the same address as you and told them who it belonged to and he told me his name. (Rajiv) he then told me i have some misscommunication or im drunk or something. i said no im at work. then he hung up on me. he said the name of the co. is (national affidavids processing services.)

that is what (Rajiv) told me the name of the co. is. i called a lawyer and they said if they call again to send a letter with the co. on it and all the info. the lawyer said that it is deffenitally a scam

Don't answers them .last  time that a john copper called. I don't mean to be racist but this people are Pakistan. They are Brooks. I asked the
John  man. That he wasn't white .and I question him if had papers to be here legally. He hung up and never call again. So every time  he calls .just say that you will deport him. Hope this will help

The Caller knows my name,SSN,Address and alot more info.That is not good and do not know what to do.They call several times a day asking for me then continuing on that i have 3 legal charges pending on me. I am also being sued for $2400.00 do i want to settle out of Court.His name is Mr. John Cooper at the law firm ofJohn Hoptkins.I want to file against these Demons anybody know how?

Same thing have all my info kept calling me so I returned the favor gave the numbers out to the local bar patrons to call I call them maybe 25 to 30 times a day till they get mad and turn off their system
